After about eight minutes, they finally turned on the menu lights. I was really disappointed, especially since I work in fast food and know how important it is to provide good service. It would have been helpful for them to inform us about the wait, especially at 6:30 a.m., so we wouldn't have been left sitting there wait for so long.
The place appears quite dirty and unkempt. The food lacks freshness and flavor.
I went here for supper after a very tiresome day, the food was delicious but I asked for marinara sauce but got honey mustard sauce instead, it doesn?t work with what I ordered. So for me this was the first of many trips to this place. It won?t be my last. Screw ups happen. The thing that I found confusing was that when I went to pay for my food I was asked if I wanted to tip them?? This is a bit confusing for me?why for a drive up order do I have to give a tip? I asked if they were getting a pay cut? She didn?t answer I suspect that she couldn?t as per some company policy. I know times are tough but this is just not necessary in my humble opinion.
Stopped in to use $5 Gift card given to me. Ordered Chili Cheese Fries to go. Fast friendly in lobby service.
First off the food was perfect, no tomato just like I asked. Rootbeer float was just what I needed. You have a worker there named Noel and when I pulled up she was weeding out the drive thru to make it look better and worked the drive thru. She will probably be the best worker you?ll ever have. Great service and great food!
