Auntie Anne's - Green Bay

I enjoyed the pretzels, but the person taking my payment was not very pleasant. I wasn't prepared when she charged me, and we still wanted to order more items. I believe her name was Aliana C. She directed me to wait for a table, saying the wait would be 15-20 minutes for the cinnamon sticks. I mentioned that we were fine sitting here, and she just shot me a look! She didn't smile or even say thank you.

I visited Aunt Anne today, and the service was outstanding. Ali, the cashier, was always smiling and incredibly friendly. The other staff member, Justice, was just as charming. Both of them had a great rapport and were enjoyable to be around. I will definitely return!

The manager, Ally, could improve her professionalism and be more welcoming. She appears to dislike her job, which is quite frustrating. Perhaps customer service might not be the right fit for her.

I can't remember which employee Aunt Anne recommended to me, but I finally have to try it out and I'm more than amazed with her Brezel bites. I was originally insecure when she dipped or not, but when I saw that they had hot salsa cheese gave me the incentive. The pulpits had a pleasantly soft texture and were hot and fresh. I can say that they were recently cooked as it had the melt in your mouth feeling. The cheese sauce is not too spicy for me, but definitely had the taste I was looking for. Simply put, it made a great fast snack.

Came to the mall just to get a pretzel dog. They didn?t have any made and when I asked when they?ll have some the employee said they have 6 orders online so they have to go in order and she doesn?t know. I walked around the mall and on my way back decided to see if they had any. An HOUR later they STILL didn?t have any made but had a bunch of pretzels and pretzel bites available. So disappointed. They are so overpriced too. Don?t waste ur money there.
