Panera Bread - Greece

It was only coffee and cold. Finally it became regular after they made it. It was cold, it had to microshaft itself as soon as I found the micro hidden under the coffee bar. never an eat upgrade or choice of the pages offered. chicken salad was tasteless. this caffe was good in the past, but not the last visit. had to interrupt the job interviews to get help.

I love panera, but today I was not satisfied. I ordered a pick 2 with suppe and a grilled cheese, and my grilled cheese was not grilled. the Teriyaki chicken shell of my man was also a very small part. I'm not going back.

Very delicious, fresh, consistency on flavors of breads, pastries. Haven't had lunch or dinner yet. But, it seems I won't be disappointed. Staff busy but attentive, also clean environment.Parking: OK, the main lot can get packed but it's adjacent to the mall, so you can use those two rows of parking across the way.

The food is consistently excellent and fresh, and the service is outstanding. I recently visited the drive-through and encountered an issue with my order. To make up for it, they kindly offered me a complimentary cookie. Such fantastic customer service!

The management at this restaurant has really deteriorated. The manager, Celeste, who was on duty during my visit, was quite unpleasant towards the staff. While I waited for my order, I observed her walking around on her phone and even going into the bathroom with it in hand, which struck me as very unprofessional. When she returned, she was rude to the employees who were simply trying their best. At one point, an employee asked a colleague to assist in the drive-thru, but the manager scolded her and told her not to instruct her coworkers. This employee was merely attempting to help someone in need. It was clear that the manager was indifferent to the challenges the staff faced while trying to do their jobs. I left feeling very disappointed.
