Great pumpkin drink and muffin. Great service. Clean environment.

I went through the drive-thru to order a frozen coffee with a coconut shot and whipped cream, which is listed on the menu. However, they refused to prepare it, claiming that coconut is an allergen, and the manager stated she wouldn’t make it. I ended up going to another location just five minutes away, where I could get the drink I wanted. Interestingly, I had previously purchased the same drink from this location.

This is easily the slowest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The service was really disappointing. Be sure to allocate at least 10 minutes before your visit.

I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese wraps, and unfortunately, they were extremely crunchy, and the eggs were burnt. I also ordered a large iced cappuccino, but instead of a full drink, I received what felt like a small one in a large cup. If I had wanted a small, I would have ordered that. This wasn't just a one-time issue; it happened two days in a row, which is pretty disappointing. I understand that mistakes occur, but how can they repeat the same mistake two days in a row? On the second day, there was no ice at all, just an inch of foam. I even took a picture to show that there were no marks from a straw yet.

My favorite Dunkin' location in Greece. I visit every single day. The staff is always friendly, and my bagels are always perfectly buttered. That first sip of my iced coffee is always delicious. It's the best $5.22 I spend daily!
