Wing Li Chinese Take Away

I was told my $75 order would be ready in fifteen minutes. It took 45 minutes (with two phone calls for other orders received and served during my wait) before my order was finally ready. When I asked for a refund at the 55 minute mark, I was told it was almost ready. After another five minutes, I received the meal, only to find out it was the wrong order. I returned the meal and asked for a refund, only to be verbally abused. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I placed an order through Menu Log and waited an hour and a half for my food to arrive. When it did, I was extremely disappointed as the food was terrible. I spent over $60 and couldn't even eat any of it. This place should be closed down, it was a horrible experience.

I think this restaurant needs to hire someone who speaks English. It has been taken over by new management, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the homemade dim sims, thinking they were $2.00, but when my friend went the next day they tried to charge her $3.50. They were good, but not worth that price. I also ordered chicken with vegetables and cashews, which was tasty, and the special fried rice, which did not have any prawns. Overall, it was a mixed experience. The service was also very slow, so I don't think I will be returning.

I waited at home for almost two hours while my partner went to the store in person to place the order , We have a pea allergy in our house and ordered fried rice with no peas ...we ended up with peas , also ordered Seasoned Vege ...ended up with a vegetarian dish that had tofu which took up the bulk of the dish , ordered honey chicken but that was dry ....when we rang to complain he wanted us to go back in after already waiting for 2 hours for him to cook our meal so he can attempt to cook it again , We used to be regular customers , have not gone for over a year , I guess a lot changes in that time because the service was extremely slow and They stuffed up two out of three dishes and the third was to dry ..Massive waste of money , rice we cant eat because of an allergy , and I was so looking forward to just seasoned vege nothing else .

This store has been doing home deliveries now for over twelve months and they still don 't know how to deliver a meal promptly. My meal last night arrived OVER AN HOUR after the arrival time I had been quoted. I had to call twice during this time to ask when my food would arrive and I was blatantly lied to the first time. Coming now yeah, right!! Coming now obviously means I haven 't even started cooking your food yet and you can expect to wait at least another 40 mins before it arrives . I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere for your meal. They don 't deserve your custom.
