Kathi Junction ( MSX Mall)

Haldirams is franchise brand which is all over India providing best in class sweets and catering services Now, we visited this Haldirams in Covid times. The staff was well equipped with all the necessary sanitization procedures. They were wearing masks and gloves and was following all the norms. Now what I didn't like was that after removing the plates left behind by people the table was not sanitized which should have been done We sat almost in the middle as the tables have been placed keeping Covid norms in mind. It was around Diwali Eve so it was so crowded that there was no corona norms being followed. Anyhow this Haldirams is in full functionality so if you wish to visit this place you may visit it and have your favourite delicacies but also keep in mind your safety and carry your own sanitizer if possible

I love visiting Haldiram. Its my Go-To Place to have Chole Bhature and Rava Dosa. I also tried Raj Kachori, but didn't like it much. I also appreciate the health and hygiene level maintained during the pendamic.

Very well managed!!! Quality of the food is very high at this outlet as is expected from a brand like Haldiram. Nice ambience, ample seating arrangement, reasonable order disposal time all these make it one of the very best. Staff is also well behaved committed to their job. overall nice experience here. The haldiram outlet at Grand Venice mall shall be avoided. Better to choose this one for food.

I ordered chole bhature, tandoori platter and pav bhaji. Chole had a bitter taste, bhaji was made majorly worth potatoes. Tandoori platter was ordered 40 minutes ago and I am still waiting for it at the time of writing this review.

Poorly maintained outlet. Staff serving orders are always confused, seem to be fatigued with work. Outlet maintains very low hygiene, dirty tables. Today their exhaust wasn't working and the outlet was full of smoke.
