Beach House Cafe - Great Yarmouth

We have been here a few times and always found the staff friendly. Unfortunately on the Sunday we came for breakfast we had asked for extra sausage and an egg on the two separate meals, they accommodated us the day before (Different staff) and we're very happy to help. On this occasion they advised us they would only do this as a one off as they were not busy rolling there eyes at us.They made myself and my sister feel very uncomfortable. We will not be returning again, which we are upset about this as the Overall 100% rudeness and very poor customer service was disgraceful.

Food here is really good and staff were friendly and willing to accommodate changes to the menu. The prices are also amazing £1 for a cup of tea and £6.95 for a fish and chips which was bigger than expected). The facilities are clean and the seating allows you to look out onto the clean beach. There is also indoor seating if it’s a bit of a wet day. Nan approved!

We visit Great Yarmouth every summer and this is the only cafe we go to! It gets extremely busy so there are often queues, but the milky coffee is worth it. Lovely chips, very efficient and friendly staff and in a prime location beside the beach huts, which are available to hire daily. The only negative I could say is that they do not cater for a vegan, or offer alternative milk for coffees but otherwise it’s spot on.

Visited here twice in the last week and both times the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and fresh cooked to order. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a quick lunch or snack while you're on the seafront. Reasonable prices too.
