1010 Gourmet Grill - Great Neck

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I tried a few times. First, the food is very dirty. The staff is super nice and everything, but when it comes to making the payment, there is money price against credit card price. I agree with some of the reviews here. I won't argue for a few dollars, but it's always marked higher than the prices that?s on the menu. But my friend talking to the staff always gets the lower price. Will not return.

Always understaffed and slow service. No sense of urgency during the lunchtime rush. I'm in the building and would rather go out to eat then here.

Food is good. Cooks are friendly. Treatment of customers at checkout is miserable. Have daily specials posted around food prep counter. Problem is most have no day noted so when it comes to paying you get told it doesn't pertain to today. Cashier points to one small obscure sign off on the side. When I said the other sign says daily special but has no day noted, was told only the small sign refers to today and that was it. I was going to refuse the purchase but it was for wife in one of the offices. Will probably make future lunch purchases elsewhere and carry in. Food was good. Price a little high, but don't like being treated like l have no clue that I'm being ripped off.

We highly recommend this place staff is very friendly and kind, the chef are great, food are excellent, portion are good its fit to what you pay. owner is cool and very kind.

One of my main spots to grab some food. very good location, well kept, and awesome customer service. I highly recommend them!
