Kfc St Neots Great North Road

The food was good, but advertised as open to dine in until 10pm, yet by 21:15 the whole seating area is cleared up; wiped down and mopped with a sign saying takeaway only. When I asked why I could not eat in the reason was because they have a cleaning hour. Surely you would clean from 10-11 where the inside closes and just drive thru? Would make more sense. I'm sure it's not general KFC practice to shut an hour early to clean, which takes 10-15 minutes

Can't order anything at the drive thru, guy at window just stared at me while I sat there, trying to give him my order. Every time I eat their chicken is awful and overly greasy . It seems like they must not change the cooking oil regularly as the chips were soggy to the point of dissolving. If oil was fresh and cooked at a suitable temperature you’d have golden crispy chicken and normal looking chips. This happens every time o eat there and I keep saying never again Service: Take out

The actual worst KFC ever, I came with my family to the drove thru and I was ignored. I tried ordering from the window and was ignored and found the staff to be lazy and downright slow, I implore everyone to never ever go to this place.
