Wendy's - Great Falls

Painfully slow. a full service restaurant during the hour is faster. not sure why wendy’s company has not entered or has allowed another franchise in the opposite. bizarre. would never have been tolerated in another high functional state.

The service has sunk on a deep that I will no longer tolerate. employees are rudder in the window and the waiting time is also much longer to get their order. Today I waited 17 minutes. but this is no longer unusual. I'm going somewhere else to get my food.

Service was fast, even if she was very busy the burger of my wife had two lower rolls the dinner was something cold food: 4/5

The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly resourceful. I really appreciate their service. If there's ever a mistake with your order, they'll fix it right away. Food rating: 5/5.

Huge shoutout to the one and only Wendy’s in great falls and if there were more locations that’d be great but they better take example from these guys first because the whole night crew of 11/9 about 6:40-7:20pm absolutely kick buns!!(to be polite) These guy/gals rock! and definitely deserve a raise, I always come back the deals and food are great and one thing but the main thing is the service I receive I literally never have any problems here but rather they always take care of me even when I dropped a drink or whatever it was they were quick to replace it for me and are just awesome people in general and they always Are busy but people have some patience I watch them and when they are all in the grove they work their butts off and are in actuality all going pretty fast paced in the process and you have to give time for your food to cook all the way lol if anything I don’t mind an extra minute or two wait because you know your getting it hot and fresh! I’ll always take that deal, and this Wendy’s crazy to say tops a lot of the other fast food restaurants around town in my opinion! Thanks cya soon take care
