Domino's Pizza - Great Falls

My friend ordered from here, and never got his pizza. When he called to get his money back he was repeatedly hung up on. Come on dominos, you?ve gotta do better for my man mickmars.

Order claimed to be complete in the app 30 minutes before pizza actually showed up. Repeated calls were never answered. Management at this location is terrible.

The pizza here is quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on it. Instead, consider going to Papa John's for a better experience.

Domino’s in Great Falls is a family favorite for pizza. The staff, from the front counter to the delivery drivers, are courteous and quick. We love their hand-tossed crust, and the toppings are always fresh. The online ordering system is perfect for customizing our preferences. A month ago, I wrote a scathing review of this restaurant, but I'm glad to say that my experience has significantly improved since then. During my time at home training my grandchildren, who love pizza days, I've visited this Domino's four times since my previous review. I'm happy to report that everything has greatly improved. The Domino's Corporation reached out to me about my concerns, and they effectively communicated these to the store. As a result, whether I've ordered for pick-up or delivery, the food has been timely, fresh, piping hot, and, of course, delicious. I'm thrilled that things have turned around, as this is one of my favorite lunch spots. The staff is very friendly, and you can tell they genuinely want to provide the best experience for their customers. Well done, Domino's!
