The food was made in time. service could have been better. a young man didn't turn the blooming cup up when he served me. I baked a blizzard cake. and the atmosphere was a little out. young crew and a lot of talk with the crew. If they have nothing to do during the slow hours, then they find at least something, look at them busy or schovel the snow. all in all good.

Posting this from the drive-thru line. Ive been stuck in line for over 20 minutes and there are still two cars in front of me. I 'd leave, but then I 'd have to hop the curb. The slowest service I 've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Finally got my food ice cream was good fries are super soggy.

I went in and it took a few minutes to have my order taken. After I ordered a gal went to give me my drinks which I ordered 2 misty freezes she gave me slushies, when I told her about the mistake she fixed them which I appreciated. Then I waited for my food to be done which I had to ask the same lady to fix since it was suppose to be bagged separately she apologized and then had a small mishap and I'm guessing he was a manager, Jeremiah, stepped in and fixed the situation and educated his team in a very professional manor. His demeanor was amazing and very upbeat. I appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure my order was correct. Thank you guys I appreciate the experience.

Very pleasant place to be atmosphere was good from the employees especially shouting out to an employee named Hugh, he was very knowledgeable of the place the menu and I had a great customer experience with Hugh! Definitely a place to return on Fox farm location!

Good food, good service. Just probably need a little help in time management. Overflowing trash cans, and every table in house was dirty. We had to ask for a rag to wipe our own table down.
