Sarpino's Pizzeria Gurnee - Grayslake

Ever since their new ownership this place has sucked. This used to be our favorite pizza place, we would order it over any other place. But now, they can never get our order right. It’s always the wrong thickness of crust, or they forget our sauce, or one of the toppings is wrong. We have not had one completely correct order since they re opened and it’s very disappointing. We no longer order from them unless we have no other options. From now on, they will not even be an option for us. We understand that owning a new business can be difficult, but the quality has dipped so much. for $30-40 our order should be right
