Pizza Hut - Grayling

We always order Pizza Hut for business meetings in Grayling very few other restaurants or services offer delivery. This and every past order was prepared and delivered quickly and directions were followed we needed plates and cups and most pizza places seem to ignore special requests. Thank you.

My husband and I were heading home with our two dogs. I love Pizza Hut so I asked if we could go there for dinner. We did not realize that they were only open for take out because of staffing issues until someone come to the counter to inform us. We asked if we could please eat our pizza inside because our dogs will make it difficult to eat in our truck. I explained that I would completely clean up afterwards and they would not need to wait on us. They were so accommodating, friendly and went way above and beyond for us! I truly hope that Pizza Hut knows what kind of employees they have working in Grayling! They are hopefully being taken care of well because they might not have enough employees working there but what they do have there is a stellar crew!!! Especially Mike!!! He deserves to own a Pizza Hut because he knows customer service better than most!!! Thank you so much!!! You made our night after a long drive this past Sunday!

We ordered carryout then my kids asked if we could dine in instead the Pizza Hut team happily helped us gave us a place to eat, even while they were super busy, gave amazing customer service care.

I placed an online order and had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. I also got to see some of the most well-behaved children I've seen in a while, which was refreshing. It was lovely to witness a family enjoying their dinner together. I hope they had a great time!

My experience started off a bit unsettling when I placed my order through the app. They called to inform me that they didn’t have a delivery driver available. However, a staff member ended up delivering my pizza, which was a real lifesaver. I want to give a huge shoutout to the young lady and young man who were working there on June 8, 2022. They went above and beyond to help me with my order. As a truck driver dealing with a bad back, I can barely move and it’s painful for me to drive right now. I truly appreciate the assistance from the team at Pizza Hut tonight! Thank you!
