Boston Pizza - Gravenhurst

If a restaurant includes "Pizza" in its name, it will be evaluated primarily based on its pizza offerings rather than other aspects such as the bar, additional menu items, location, view, or outdoor seating near the dock.

Once again let down! The burger and fries were completely burnt. The waiter didn't acknowledge the issue and still charged me full price. I won't be returning to Boston Pizza.

The food was delicious and the view was enjoyable. Alicia, our waitress, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She definitely deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. - Margaret Kasperowitsch

Specifically regarding the Gravenhurst Wharf Boston Pizza.Tried the location, we won't go back nor recommend.Our server was kind but forgot about us for the remainder of our meal. We ordered a nacho ground beef platter and the beef was LITERALLY in huge chucks still solid frozen throughout. We would have addressed it with our waitress but she never returned. Out of nowhere, we had another man approach us with the bill and payment machine. We explained why we DIDN'T eat our meal, he advised us that has heard others remark the same and continued to give us the bill. We really should have asked for a manager to resolve but we wanted to leave. Side note, do not order the French onion soup, terrible recipe and adding cheap powdered parmesan as the cheese topper was gross.

Great staff that are helpful in so many areas and just a great view of the lake.
