Round Table Pizza - Grass Valley

I special ordered 3 Large 2-item Pizzas and an order of Garlic Pizza Twists. To be delivered about 3 miles away. $5 delivery fee $10 dollar tip for the driver Delivered in a timely fashion Order arrived. NO Twists.! $16.99 8-1/2% tax The driver only brought one each PACKETS OF peppers and cheese. The driver stated he would have the $16.99 removed from my bill. I later phoned the cashier, who assured me it was all done over the phone. A bit later, I received a MONEY Paid email, and they only removed $10 from my bill. NOT the $16.99 TAX for the missing twists. The pizzas were sub-grade for this Round Table I used to eat at for 50 years. 1/2 of all were left uneaten by my group.

I really like the lunch special. All you can eat pizza and salad, extra for a drink. The people are polite

Grass Valley's Roundtable has gotten terrible in 2023. They play music way too loud so the customers can't hear the cashier that is standing less than 3 feet away. You have to shout at the top of your lungs to be heard in there. And they are so rude I will never bring my friends or family there for lunch or dinner again!

The process of ordering large order was easy and no mistakes which is a plus. Bobby was professional and even gave a discount on a large order we placed for a birthday party. Bobby and his coworker delivered the pizza on time. Over all great costumer service and good quality PiZza.

Food is good but how is that I can order a pizza online that's on Special for $24.99 and when I pick it up it's $42 and they refuse to honor the special price? Drop the Round Table franchise if you're not going to participate in the specials and more importantly make it perfectly clear that you will be paying double upon pick up.
