Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Do not go here. I ordered the same pizza i het everytime. Chicken bacon artichoke. Always comes on thin crust. I didnt realise it had a thicker crust. I called the next morning and asked what it usually comes with and rhe numbskull on the phone said thin crust. I said i got thick crust. He proceeded to tell me sorry about that and that i could buy another one for 15.99. I said im not buying one uou got my pizza wrong. He even said someone messed it up! Hahah . I said i can bring the uneaten pizza back he said yeah that would help but youd have to talk to the manager. Ok, is the manager there? Yes but shes busy. Hahaha at 10 am on tuesday??. You can leave a message if you like he told me. Dont go here.

They can't or will not get the order correct. 3 out of 4 wrong and they don't care. Melineauls can't or do not know anything about customer service or how to do a good job

Well I waited almost 2 weeks to give a review in hop talk some since into with scumbag of an employee. I dropped my wallet outside of papa murphys on 10/3/23 and my wife was contacted and informed the employee that I specifically would be back to get my wallet. Upon arrival the employee told me that a lady came in and claimed that her son dropped a wallet. Once I received footage of the interaction Caleb the employee sneakily sets my wallet on the counter in front of two customers and walks away then the customers snatched my wallet and walked out. Customer name is Kindra and local pd seemed to know her well. Will not support this establishment and want to let the general public know how the owner conducts his business supporting his dishonest employees..

Last several times ordering, ask for original crust and the crust is always thin. I am assuming they are just getting skimpy. Last time I ordered Hawaiian and barely any ham or pineapple added. Mostly cheese.

Probably the worst customer service I 've ever experienced. The cashier was having difficulties getting her computer to work when I went to pick up my phoned in order. It was going on about 10 minutes, I did not have any cash, had I known I would 've come prepared. She was getting progressively more upset and got super short and snappy with me. An elderly woman walked in and she barks at her are you going to buy something?! The woman looked alarmed and said um well yes, I didn 't come here to browse! The cashier, then responds cash only and proceeds to take her order, completely, ignoring me and not acknowledging what I 'm supposed to do I 'm left standing there like an idiot, so I finally say can I pay for my pizza and she says cash only so I just walked out after dealing with her horrible attitude I had had enough.
