Carl's Jr. - Grass Valley

I ordered a Famous Star with Cheese, but the bread was rock hard! Unfortunately, I won't be buying from Carl's again. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the Hand-Crafted Strawberry Lemonade was fantastic.

The fries are consistently cold and stale, but everything else was delicious.

The burritos were wrapped incorrectly, so we ended up taking the first bites of each other's. Other than that, they were quite good.

I would have considered dining in, but it was absolutely freezing inside the restaurant. There was no one else there except for the staff. I couldn't help but wonder how they could justify keeping the temperature below 70 degrees.

I decided to go back and voice my complaint, and they said, "We're sorry, sir, we'll remake it for you." After about five minutes, I was given another single cheeseburger, and guess what? It was also stale. The food quality was terrible, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. To top it off, it feels like they might be under the influence if they have to ask if I want cheese on a cheeseburger! The entire experience was disgusting, and I will never return. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place to avoid any risk of food poisoning from their stale food.
