Normally we have a better experience but tonight my medium rare burger was well to over well done and my wife's rare steak sandwich was over done too. I was to hungry to send mine back but my wife sent hers back. So I was done by the time my wife's order was redone. Most restaurants will adjust the bill for the less than pleasant experience.
