Taco Bell - Granite City

Went through the drive thru tonight and was charged wrong for multiple things , girl at window was very rude to my mom about it , was told to pull to the end of the drive thru to fix it so just went in for a refund and was told they won?t refund us if ourorder was ?over 10.00? . Manager was nice though . Got home and we were still missing 3 items . And any items we received werepoorly made and ripped off. They constantly forget items on DoorDash as well. Waste of 40 bucks .

DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered a power menu bowl. Nobody told me they were out of rice. Literally just gave me a bowl of chicken lettuce. DON'T GO HERE.

I ordered 2 soft tacos, 4 hard tacos, 1 Dorito taco, and 2 drinks. When I received my order, I asked if everything was in the bag, but it didn't look full enough. I wanted to double-check to make sure I had everything, but I was told to move along since I was holding up the line. So, I pulled away and checked, but the Dorito taco was missing. I had to go inside to get my order corrected. The person at the drive-thru window gave me a dirty look.

I’m here now, and the employees are just ignoring the drive-thru and the window. Call me a Karen, but are they getting paid to not take my order?

Additionally, the staff member at the window was quite rude. When we approached, she hurriedly gave a brief overview of the payment options, but her delivery was so fast that I couldn't catch everything. I attempted to clarify by asking if they were only accepting card or cash, and she snapped back, "EXACT CHANGE or card," as if I were at fault for asking. Once we reached the window, she just stared at me without providing a total or any further information. So, I handed her my card. When we got home, we found that all the food was cold, despite the fact that we live only five minutes away. I usually enjoy revisiting places, but her attitude made it clear that they don't value our business. This isn't the first negative experience I've had at this location, so I definitely won’t be coming back.
