I crashed a 12-piece from here and since I couldn't change my order to get all the dark, I asked that to ask her to make everything dark because I tried to call but they didn't pick up. my whoher told me that they can't give me all the dark because I paid through the app. which is the meaning of this? never a problem with other popeyes, but now it is? thanks to my servants for reviewing for me, but it seems that some of these reviews are true what people say. I don't get how a whole chicken order is all dark is a problem when you pay through the app. it is paid and they never know whether someone can eat white meat or not. can't say I'll order from here again if it's so big a problem.

They close way too early 8PM. They also run out of what you want and often things are missing from your order, are it's flat out wrong. Thank goodness most of the time the chicken is good

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. I wish I could give zero stars.We ordered an extra biscuit and we caught the mistake while pulling out the drive thru. We turned around and went back into the drive thru. Waited in line for 15 minutes.When we pulled up to the window we showed our receipt and the woman went and talked to another employee. The employee came to the window and stated that she put all the biscuits in the bag. We emptied every bag and proved that we did not receive an extra biscuit that we paid for.The woman at the window finally gets another biscuit and shoves it into my hand and slams the window. No apologies or anything. I wait at the window and the lady opens the door and I ask for her name. She proceeds to slam the drive thru window again in my face and does not give her name. Calls have been made to corporate. Do not eat here.

The workers was really polite an friendly, let me know about all the lunch specials an great prices the food was hot an good my family was very satisfied we will be going back ?

I probably visit this store for lunch at least once a week on average. Drive thru is always quick, food is always hot and fresh, service is always friendly. I get the classic chicken sandwich w/ extra pickles either fries or red beans and rice every time. Cant go wrong with this location.
