フィードバックを提供するDrove out from Round Rock yesterday. The brisket was as delicious as ever with that big, beautiful bark you’d expect, and the smoked meatloaf had just the right amount of spice. Definitely worth the drive!
The meat is fantastic as always. My wife loved the pulled pork sandwich, and I’m looking forward to the leftovers at home tomorrow. Cheesy Squash is a great side.

Always great tomahawk pork chops when available. His brisket is solid, but the sausage is what keeps me coming back.
Brisket melts in your mouth and is perfectly smoked and seasoned. Same with the ribs. 5 Star operation.
