Our first visit, lunch was perfect and the staff was wonderful.

Friendly, excellent staff and delicious salad this afternoon!

Tomato soup was amazing. Mediterranean sub was a fantastic vegetarian option.

This afternoon around 2pm I brought my daughter with me to get some lunch. Not only did the employees interact with her and listen as she placed her own order they acted just like she meant more than just another order. As we were finishing up one of the male employees brought my daughter a cookie. This was the sweetest thing I 've ever seen. My 3 year old daughter now has her first crush on her sandwich guy as she calls him. Just thought everyone should know how amazing these workers are. I will be returning!! Thank you so much for making a little girls day!!

During our first visit to Potbelly Sandwich Shop, we stopped there on our way to a Detroit Tigers game. It’s a fantastic sandwich shop with excellent food and friendly staff.
