Five Guys - Grandville

We have always enjoyed Five Guys and didn't mind paying a little extra for a good burger. However, our recent visit was disappointing. The burgers were smaller than usual and the shakes came in much smaller cups. We ended up spending over $50 on 3 burgers, 1 medium fries, and 2 shakes. When I complained about the size of the shakes, I was told they were served in shake cups. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me. I don't think I will be going back to Five Guys anytime soon, as there are other fast food restaurants that offer similar quality at a lower price.

The burger seemed to have shrunk due to inflation, and the tables and chairs were dirty. The floors were greasy and slippery in some spots, and the toilet door handle was sticky.

The value for the price at this restaurant is unbalanced. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I believe the cost for a meal here is quite high compared to the quality of food that is served.

Eating is great, but the waiting time and customer service is ridiculous. it is spirited to boggling me, why this is so long and customers actually observe that they prepare their accusations. the workers seem to be confused what their work is. no apologies or recognition for long waiting periods. it's not the chain, maybe a management or a logistic problem. be ready to wait 25 minutes after their order!

Food was honestly crazy disgusting, hair in food IS CRAZYY . Bathroom filled with throw up ,NAHHHH TS IS NASTY.
