Mcdonald's - Grand Rapods

We ordered our first Happy Meal for our grandson and it was a disappointment. The fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were tough. There was no toy in the happy meal box when we opened it at home. Surprisingly, we kept the receipt, as we usually just recycle it. When we went back to get the Captain America toy, the cashier gave us a lion toy instead, even though the receipt clearly stated Captain America. The service was subpar. We had hoped to order breakfast, but were told we arrived too late.

Once again, the food was cold and there were coffee grounds in the coffee. I decided to give it another chance but it was still not good. If you only use the drive-thru, you are missing out on the action happening in the kitchen. It's hard to believe that with all the cameras, the owner allows this type of behavior to happen.
