The manager said that our booking was not on OpenTable and that he hadn't prepared our reservation. He was also quite rude!
The manager informed us that our reservation wasn't noted on the system, and he had not prepared for our arrival. Additionally, his demeanor was quite rude.
I arrived for my reservation only to find out that it didn’t exist. The staff informed me that they don’t take reservations at all. This open reservation system has been misleading and caused confusion. However, once I got in, the restaurant itself was fantastic.
