Ihop - Grand Prairie

Waited 30mins for service after being seated. They kept telling us they’ll be with us shortly, but still waited patiently. After waiting for 30mins, someone barely gets in and gets seated and already getting drinks and order taken. Me and my wife being upset, we just walked out and decided to never come back to this location.Really hope it wasnt a race issue, since i saw a difference with service.

We were set at a table and waited 10 minutes as employees passed by. Nobody came to take out drink order or greeted us. They were not busy it is 2:20 pm on Sunday.

Super fast service. Delicious food. Mushroom and spinach omelet is huge, definitely fit for two. Very friendly staff.

Beware there was roach crawling side of my table, the food quality is horrible. Ordered breakfast and they brought my toast before anything else. Ordered our drinks waited forever and there were not even busy. Overall this worst service and worst food I ever eaten. This place needs to be closed, no wonder there was no one in there.

Caution when coming here. The staff did what they could. There was only one waitress. She did a great job. But this location needs more staff.If you come here, ask how many waiters they have. Again not the staffs fault.
