Ihop - Grand Prairie

We made a great decision by coming here. This was our first time and we're happy we came. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the pancakes were fantastic. The prices were reasonable and the Colorado Omelet was outstanding. The breakfast Burrito was the best I've ever had.

I ordered three breakfast meals with pancakes from home, but unfortunately, none of the meals came with pancakes. I attempted to contact the restaurant to voice my complaint, but they abruptly hung up on me without addressing the issue.

Everything was good. another family went in after us and we sat. We waited for 45 minutes to come to our food not only that the table that went after us got their food within 20 minutes. Our waitress didn't apologize for waiting or something. It seems like she didn't want to bother, and she disappeared twice for 15 minutes. came back and smells like cigarettes. she wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly either. our food was barely lukewarm, it was basically cold. I feel like the food was sitting there and she was too busy doing something else like smoke a cigarette. She must be fired. Watch your table, our waiter's name was Jesica T. Keep an eye out and don't disturb her!

I visited this restaurant at 2:00 and was surprised to find that I was the only customer there. Despite this, my experience was decent/good. It seems like this location is not as popular as others. It took a while for the staff to notice me when I entered, but it was not a major concern, even though the wind had closed the door behind me. The server mentioned that the cook position pays $25/hour, so if you have cooking experience and are interested in the pay, IHOP is hiring. I ordered a large tomato spinach mushroom omelet and would definitely recommend trying it.

Super fast service. Delicious food. Mushroom and spinach omelet is huge, definitely fit for two. Very friendly staff.
