Golden Chick - Grand Prairie

I travel all the way from Dallas to this Grand Prairie location because I really enjoy the food and the excellent service. I always have a wonderful experience here. The Duncanville location, on the other hand, is very disappointing!

This is my favorite golden chick store! Every time I order from here the customer service is always so nice and happy, and the food ? always delicious! The chicken tenders always crispy outside and juicy inside! The battered fries are my favorite. And the sweet tea hits the spot every time! I live kinda far from this location but it’s worth the drive!

My Cole slaw was SOURED when I got home to eat it! Too far and hot to go back, but I expect a replacement upon my return visit. But I love Golden Chick!

I've returned to this restaurant after almost eight years. Previously, I had issues with the old manager, but I can't recall his name. Many others and I had called in to voice our complaints. However, I recently learned that the current manager has been in charge for seven years. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was delicious—definitely on par with Popeyes! The new manager was attentive and made my experience enjoyable. It's refreshing to see such positive changes at this establishment.

Big Low-Gum-Huh really missed the mark right from the beginning, starting with the very lowest quality ingredients. It's incredible how poor it was! The chicken had so many hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives pumped into it that it was absolutely disgusting. I visited this restaurant when it first opened, and I didn't enjoy it then either.
