フィードバックを提供するI had lunch and dinner several times during my stay in GJ, mainly due to the limited parking space at the hotel. I have to say that I was not only impressed by the updates to the menu and the introduction of online ordering but also by the staff. They were friendly and took their time, providing service with a smile.
What I want to commend is how, despite only having one person making sandwiches and maybe two other staff members, they all remained polite and calm under pressure. They managed to handle the influx of orders efficiently and with impressive teamwork. The staff was truly on their game that day and deserve recognition for their hard work. Thank you!
The issue with the nuggets was particularly frustrating. The first batch was fresh, but they were not the spicy ones I had ordered. The second batch, however, was a disappointment; the spicy nuggets were hard, dry, and cold, though my burger and fries were perfect. To be honest, I probably won't order the spicy nuggets again, as they’ve consistently fallen short. Wendy's really needs to improve their food quality, especially since they pride themselves on serving “fresh, not frozen” meals. If you plan to visit this location, I recommend checking your food bags before leaving and be prepared to wait around 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Give them a chance to remake your order if necessary.
What happened with customer service and quality goods. the picture below shows my baconator . how can you rent on the speck wendy 's. oh and could you help for this place? I know everyone is trying to find people, but 20 minutes in the driveway and I am the second vehicle in the line.
Food is tasty. But, from Friday to Thursday, the men's bathroom was exactly the same. Looks like nobody cleans it. Sad, because I told the manager on Friday. Today? Still filthy.
