The Egg I - Grand Junction

Fantastic breakfast spot! The food is amazing. My Belgian waffle was exactly as promised—light and fluffy. I do have a suggestion: I ordered the trifecta with the pork link option, and my plate only came with one solitary link, which seemed a bit sad. I think it would be much better with at least two. I noticed that if I had chosen the bacon option, I would have received several strips. Had I known the pork link would be just one, I probably would have opted for the bacon. However, the waitress was accommodating and gave me another link when I asked, and I really enjoyed my meal overall. I just wish there were more of these tasty links included. So, please consider adding an extra link to the dish!

The best breakfast in Grand Junction! The quality and presentation of the food are truly outstanding! It rivals one of my favorite breakfast spots, Snooze in Denver. I keep returning, and the food is consistently fantastic every time!

Food was 5 stars but our waiter had a **** finger that wasn’t bandaged Iced coffee was super good! Not too sweet!

I always enjoy having breakfast at First Watch. Their menu is different from most other restaurants in the area. And I'm always impressed with their outstanding service. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because on my last visit I had their crab cake benedict. Having lived on the east coast for a dozen years I have unfortunately been spoiled by good crab cakes. The one at First Watch was not one of those. I know that it's not a fair comparison to make. I still thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast!

I finally got a chance to visit this restaurant today, and I'm so glad I did! It's hands down one of the healthiest eating options I've found in the valley. Their menu is filled with nourishing foods that are great for your body. They offer protein pancakes, a chia seed breakfast bowl, a juice bar with energizing boosts, and, of course, delicious avocado toast! The only downside is that I can’t eat more in one sitting! I'm definitely going back and would highly recommend it!
