Denny's - Grand Junction

Denny's has been one of our on the road eateries for many years. The food is good, and the prices are low. Seniors with AARP membership get 15% off of every visit. Currently, the all you can eat endless breakfast is an amazing deal, and we visit our local Denny's quite often.!

This is hands down the best pumpkin pie with ice cream and whipped cream I've ever had! The staff is fantastic, and the cook is truly talented. Rachael, the manager, was very kind and even helped a handicapped elderly woman get through the front door. Our waitress, Ashley, was amazing too—she was the one who suggested pairing the pumpkin pie with ice cream, and I’m so glad she did because it was a delightful combination. Don’t forget the whipped cream; it made the dessert even better!

I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to a really friendly waitress. She didn't rush me out even though her shift had ended a while ago. I was on a long road trip and just needed a place to eat and unwind. I paid for my meal early so she wouldn’t have to wait on me, but we ended up chatting while she assisted her coworkers with folding silverware. I can't remember her name, but I do recall that she has a nose ring. The manager was also very nice; when I asked for a cup to take my coffee to go, she handed me a fresh brew without hesitation.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts after the exceptional service I received last night! Zane was our server, and he was absolutely fantastic! He ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal, was quick to notice when we needed coffee refills, and was just an overall really nice guy!

The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel as if they were already familiar with me! It was my first visit to this Denny's, and I definitely plan to return soon.
