We made a reservation for a celebration and it turned out to be quite helpful. However, we had a bit of a laugh when we mentioned our reservation for a table on the terrace. Although there was an empty table outside, the staff said it would take "a few more minutes" to prepare it, and they encouraged us to sit inside instead. The food and service were incredible, and despite our initial temptation to leave, I'm really glad we stayed. If you don't want to deal with reservations, you can always use OpenTable to book your table at a restaurant.

The food was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly.

If you're not going to honor reservations, maybe it's best to remove your restaurant from OpenTable.
