Bakermans Fendalton - Governors Bay

Great traditional bakery cafe in Christchurch. Probably one of the best too with plenty of food options. Great coffee with home made cookies on the side. Would be nice the get a smile from the boss and the workers more often. Maybe the business is too busy, taking away the fun of running it stay happy.

Flat white was delicious, latte and baked goods were good as well~ Great service and large range of cabinet food, including pastries and dessert

Was a lovely lunch we had cheesecake and some coffees and smoothies. The banana smoothie was not my favourite, which bought it down a bit. There was a busy atmosphere which I would say was a good sign as it seems to be quite popular

First of all absolutely delicious! I am a pie lover and can well and truly say the Steak and Cheese pie I had was in my top 3! Melt in your mouth pastry and tender steak with a perfect amount of cheese. Delicious, will be back. Last of all great friendly service, perfect Saturday lunch.

Definitely recommend this bakery for decent savourys. Chicken Brie and cranberry pie is absolutely amazing. Sausage roll is amazing too and the size. Definitely worth every dollar!!
