Dunkin' - Gouverneur

The Gouverneur restaurant might take a little longer, but the food is actually done, and their employees are so nice.

Coffee tasted watered down and I didn't get whipped topping on either of the 2 drinks I ordered. Not impressed, I should have just gone over to McDonald's and gotten cheaper coffee that probably tasted better.

I was in Gouverneur Dunkin today I ordered an ice carmel latte ! I got a latte with with no carmel ! I told the girl so she made me another one but this time she just added sugar ! OMG it tasted awful !! No Carmel and it had ice from the top to the bottom of the cup with very little latte ! This was just terrible ! I go to a Dunkin every week and order a latte but never got one this bad before ! They should give this girl some training !! SOON !

We got a bigger order and we asked for 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches with turkey sausage and we ended up getting 2 sourdough with bacon on them. We ordered it online through the app, the rest of the order was goodDietary restrictions: Due to a diet unable to eat pork and ordered turkey sausage and got bacon

This is to management because you are training your employees to hand out cold food! I always have problems when I come here. Something is always made wrong or not up to my expectations. The order i had today was missing the snackin bacon and when she gave it to me it was cold. this is the second time they have tried to tell me cold bacon is normal and that's just how it is. Every other location has given me hot bacon. They act like I'm inconveniencing them by asking to warm up my food. The last time i had to throw the whole bag away it was all dried out and not edible. Who likes cold bacon? This is something that needs to be worked on and also the stuffed croissants are ALWAYS cold on the inside if the workers took the tiny extra time to warm things up there would be no problems! do better thanks
