The food was excellent, the recipes and ingredients absolutely delicious. Only things to improve: the dinner was very long and lacked pace. 3h+ in total, because of 30 minutes wait time between courses. Would have been better with less wait time and an opportunity to finish below 2h30 total if we wanted like other tasting menus we experienced in Michelin starred restaurants. The non alcoholic pairing lacked a little fantasy and fresh ingredients. Still congrats for the food and great restaurant Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food was quite good, have tried the 6 meals and paring there. Everything was good, nice food, tasty drink, super nice services! Especially like the beef oyster tartar. I liked everything, except the duck tart almost makes me want to puke from the thickness of fat and jam.

I could feel the foods are well prepared but I’d say most of them are a little bit too strong for me. They need to work more on the balance! The non-alcoholic pairing with sour cherries and pear is good.
