I recently organized a surprise birthday party for adults and children at this restaurant. The day before the event, I received a message to limit the number of guests. I confirmed the reservation and received a reply confirming it. However, when we arrived, we were told that the children would have to eat separately and that there were not enough chairs for them to sit with the adults. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, offering no solution to the problem. We ended up leaving and will not be returning due to their lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

The staff is not very welcoming. The ambiance is dark and chilly. The quality of the food at the buffet is mediocre.

I am disappointed with the service at this restaurant where I made a reservation for 42 people (26 adults and 16 children aged 2 to 11) over a month ago for a surprise birthday party. The day before the event, I received a message asking to limit the number of guests. I confirmed the change and received proof via SMS. However, on the day of the event, we were offered a table for only 30 people. When we complained at the counter, we were told that the children would have to eat first and then leave as there were not enough chairs. Children aged 2, 6, and 10 ended up eating alone. Despite our complaints, we were told that nothing more could be done and that we should contact the person who made the reservation. Ultimately, we decided to leave, and the restaurant lost 42 customers due to their unprofessionalism. I highly recommend avoiding this place and suggest going to Taste of the World restaurant instead, where all 42 of us were accommodated at 9:00 pm and enjoyed the rest of our evening.
