Subway - Gosnells

The staff at the Gosnells Subway always remember what I usually order. They are friendly and start preparing my meal as soon as they see me. Their service is excellent, and the sandwiches are delicious. I don't understand why there are negative reviews. It can get busy during lunchtime, so there may be a line, but that's to be expected.

The service was reasonably good, the food was of the usual good quality. The staff member was friendly and helpful. Despite there being only one staff member and a few customers, the service at Subway was still up to standard.

Ordering a gluten-free package, was unusable was rock hard and had completely destroyed in the packaging. had to go aside when the employee started a conversation with a woman who went behind me (she knew this woman clearly) and continued to talk to her while she did my job and totally ignored my answer. she asked me at least twice about everything I told her so yes service absolutely sucked. husband went back with the packaging and all 4 people started to get to him (3 employees and the woman who wasn't in any uniform, what I'm just a customer) was said they had no refund and would have to call the manager while they did everything to actually avoid that. wrap was left on the theke since it was certain that the hell after 4 people had not been eaten straight without gloves. without a refund went so paid $9 for absolutely nothing. they call the manager on the morning, but after other reviews I don't give my breath to a satisfactory answer.

The food was tasty and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the meal was delicious as usual. I am very pleased!

In the moment when my friend and I went through the door (there were no people waiting) we were from behind the theke with what they want to accelerate. since we had not chosen or even had the opportunity to look at the menu, it was a...bit that confronts itself and decidedly involuntary. we were served with an almost hostile attitude. Luckily, eating was quite delicious, but this was not one, but all the workers who obviously weren't happy to be my friend there and I went out as if we were a damned angry.
