Staff behavior was very rude, and without information changed room, also room lock was damaged and staff was not ready to listen Customer.

Double bed Rooms are good , fluffy mattresses. They hv 12 noon chk in/out . The service needs improvement.

I have ordered some food online. Got the order after waiting 1.5 hours. Food preparation was third class. And very poor delivery service.

Though infrastructure is not so good but compared to hotels it provides better services. They always hear to your query and resolve the same. Basement parking is a good thing.

Pathetic Service..... No AC instead of high room charge
