Little Caesars Pizza - Goodyear

I picked up 8 pizzas without any wait, which was fantastic. It would have been even better if they had included more variety instead of just pepperoni, but they still did the job and fed everyone well.

We ordered and were told ten minutes. We come back and were told our order needed to be picked up at another location 15 minutes away. That information was never mentioned to us when we placed our order. We get to the other location to pick it up and half the order was never placed in the system even though the cashier we spoke with in the beginning read it back exactly the way we placed it. We then asked that the rest of the order be made and waited an additional 20 minutes putting our total time from ordering to getting our food at 2 hours.

Little Caesars pizza is good and that?s why it pains me that this is the only location close by. It doesn?t matter if you use the app, call it in, or pull up to order. This place always makes you wait at least 30 minutes. They could also put a little more effort into the cleanliness. While you wait you constantly have to keep shooing the flies away.

I gave this place 3 stars, though I'm not sure if they deserve even that. Little Caesars really needs to improve their Hot N Ready service. Each time I've gone in, nothing is actually ready, and they always say the wait time is 20-25 minutes, but it's consistently over 30 minutes. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza because I suspected they wouldn't have anything ready (and I was right). I placed my order at 8:20, and it wasn't ready until 9:00. There wasn't enough pizza to go around, and it definitely didn't stay fresh for long. They really need to focus on making a better product.

I ordered my pizza online at 7:45 AM, and when I arrived at 8:35, my pizza wasn’t ready. I waited in the store for 45 minutes only to be told that they hadn't even started making the cheese pizza yet. Ten minutes later, I went to the counter and discovered they still didn’t have either pizza, and I had to reorder it again. Just to be clear, it’s now 9:25 AM and I’m still here. I’m frustrated and I won’t be coming back to this location.
