フィードバックを提供するI write this at the moment in the drive through and the only reason I have waited is because my 2 grandchildren wanted to eat from here. first I come into the window without waiting cars. another car moved to the opposite track to order. the person who was driving has immediately recognized me and said that it took a moment until my order was taken and another 4 minutes for eating. I would understand if it were to be done, but there were all 2 people in the lobby. Not even apologised the person in the window for late or said thank you. sad that people have no basic customer service skills.
Not all fast food restaurants are created the same, and not all Burger Kings are identical, either. Sure... they have the same menu, prices, etc., but what they don't have is the same staff.Burger King food is pretty consistent across the board. You're either a person who enjoys their food or you don't. This particular Burger King though, has a staff of employees that are so good at arguably the most important part of their job (customer service), that even if you're someone who doesn't care for Burger King's particular brand of fast food, I strongly urge you to give this location a try.This restaurant has intelligent, witty, honest, diligent, hard working employees who treat every single one of their customers as though that particular customer was the whole reason they came into work today.That creates a pretty damn good feeling within the recipient, which last night happened to be myself. I was still in the lobby when it closed, but rather than rush me out, they gave me plenty of time to finish what I was doing. More than that though, was the manner in which I was treated throughout the entirety of my relatively short time there. Special kudos to the young man working the register last night. I wish I would've learned his name.The complete assembly of staff was stellar and because of that, this Burger King deserves the highest rating possible.
Takes too long to order through the drive thru every damn time. The one in verrado is the best Burger King I've had and they do not take long. This one just has bad management
The pandemic left these guys a little short handed but they’ve never taken an unreasonable amount of time to get our order out to us. They also tend to give us gobs of their sauces upon request and we love BK ranch so it’s deeply appreciated. We’ve not had any real issues with this particular location and it’s our choice of BK locations from now on.
The dining area is closed and the drive-thru line is always at a standstill. It's clear they don't have enough staff, so they shouldn't keep the store open. I'm finished with this Burger King location. Next time, I'll drive to a different one. The wait time there will still be better than the 40 minutes I spent waiting at this location!
