Baskin-robbins - Goodyear

I visited this restaurant last summer and had a disappointing experience; it was unclean and uncomfortably warm inside. However, I stopped by with my dad tonight, and I must say it was a much better experience. The shop was clean, and any mechanical issues they had before seemed to be resolved. As always, the ice cream was fantastic! Plus, the young lady at the counter was very friendly. I think it's time for me to start coming back regularly.

Great place friendly pretty looking staff, different selections of ice cream and milkshakes, clean store, easy parking and easily seen from the street! My girl Lea here always packs the ice cream all the way up!

I order cake on line and payed for it ! It was terrible the cake was dry . The ice cream had no flavor taste old . So I called owner she told me she could refund my money due to I payed on line . Which is a lie . But she is a India come to America to get rich . So she said I will send you gift card . It?s been 1 month still no gift card . Next time I know better . So don?t come here . Go some were else . Very upsetting. ????????

Workers last night, shift of 3.......U guys really rocked it out! U guys were hella busy! I think I even heard one of u say, OK, GUYS? IM SERIOUSLY ALMOST READY TO QUIT!!! I thought, uh oh....... They are swamped and almost ready to be 1 man down!!!??? I sat back and watched how chaotic it was getting. When we arrived, already a full line, here I come with a van of people. I 'm house mgr at a group home for Alcoholics Anonymous...... When the employees seen us come in is wen I heard, guys seriously I 'm about to quit!!!..... I sat down as my clients got in line and watched! I thought the ship is sinking fast. Shoot, they fooled me, it was like a fire was lit under their butts or something because team work became priority and producing AWESOME customer service was key to successfully completing last night 's confusion! Whoever worked Baskin Robbins last night 8:30pm off Dysart/Van Buren I APPLAUD UR TEAM OF 3!!! Awesome job guys, I THANK U for a GREAT EXPERIENCE with my clients to ur establishment. U 3 accommodated my group and every individual issue that surfaced, I dropped my banana split in the parking lot. I wanted to cry but u guys made it right. Again GREAT TEAM WORK. Inspiring to my clients who strive to be were u are. Which is working in society and earning an honest living. That in itself is a challenge for them!!!! Thx

I want to commend the fantastic customer service provided by Thania. We visit regularly, and she consistently brings a smile to our day. My toddler particularly appreciates her for her kindness and warmth. Thank you, Thania and Angie!
