The staff was super friendly and helpful, although they worked long and busy layers to deliver the Thanksgiving crowd. The ham was absolutely delicious!

They were getting people in, served, and out, in a very quick and efficient way. Very polite staff. The 9-10 pound ham was delicious! What bothered me was the $85 price tag. A bit of an ouch to my wallet. But so good! See you next Thanksgiving!!

The employee was so rude. I was told by another employee that they only had 11lb hams left...I said that was fine. Well she had another Customer so the lady waiting on me rolled her eyes and and came back with a 9lb ham...I asked she could get me the bigger ham but she refused. Instead of me making a scene and leaving with no ham at all I paid for the ham. I think she had an attitude because I didn't have a reservation but I didn't know about the reservation until I pulled up to the store and they had a printed sign up but they had a sign in the back that said they had 7 and 10lb hams so I was confused. The ham was wonderful but the service was awful!!!

I went there the day before Christmas 7am there was a line out the door. The ladies in there were moving like a well oiled machine!! I got in line, which was all the way into the parking lot of the neighboring business. I was walking out with my ham and turkey breast in hand within 15 minutes!!!!! These ladies were absolutely amazing. And they were also so nice, Smiles on their faces and songs in their hearts!! Definitely would be giving my business and the rest of my family's business to this Honey Baked Ham store in Rivergate Tennessee

Always good. I can't think of anything that I don't like at Honey Baked Ham. This country lady love ham.? The customer service is so warming. They're so very helpful on helping me make up my mind. Fast service. They get you in and out. Priced very responsible. Ham by the slice in a bag already on a cute little plate. So COOL!! I love them all year round.???
