Dòu Mǐ - 宮若市 日本

Whenever I come to Miyawaka, I always make sure to stop by this restaurant! Everything here is delicious. There are so many options to choose from, it's hard to decide. The creamy pan, mentaiko croissant, and salted bread are all so soft and tasty. They use rice flour and soy milk in their ingredients, which shows their attention to quality. The interior of the restaurant is also cute. I always end up buying too much because everything is so tempting. The prices are also reasonable and I highly recommend this place.

I became a fan after trying their baked goods and traveled 30 minutes from Fukuoka city to buy them. I arrived before noon and found the small shop crowded with people. Despite concerns about COVID, I couldn't take my time, but I bought around 3000 yen worth of goods! The cream puff made with rice flour was delicious and the pizza was exquisite! I want to try eating them in the shop next time, haha. My favorites are the cream puff, rice flour brioche, and condensed milk bread! I will definitely go back again! The Inunaki Pass and tunnel are scary – if only they weren't there, it would be perfect... But I will try my best to visit this shop regularly. Update! I made the effort to go back a second time! Since it was in the morning, there were fewer customers and I was able to take my time choosing. However, the old ladies making the bread in the morning seemed a bit fierce, which was intimidating, haha. It would be easier to shop if they were a bit more gentle, even though the cashier was quite blunt, it's fine since she seems capable. Well, despite all that, the bread here is the most delicious in the world, so I will definitely go back again!

I love this restaurant so much! Every time I walk in, I feel happy with the cute interior and the delicious smell of freshly baked goods. My kids love the cat-shaped bread, and their faces light up with joy. I personally love the miso bread, which reminds me of the one I used to enjoy in Tokyo at Angelica's. The staff at the restaurant is also very kind, and in early summer, I even got to see swallow chicks being cared for. The bread, the restaurant, the staff – everything exudes a warm atmosphere.

町外れの寂れた元商店街にある米粉パン屋。 ふらっと入ったら大正解。 ３つ菓子パンを買ったが、どれも美味しく満足。 近くを通ったらぜひ行きたい。
