The place is a dump. The service is slow, there’s only one bathroom, and there’s always a line. It seems to attract a crowd of teenagers and tourists. Once, I came in just before closing time, paid for a coffee at the terminal, and after waiting for a while, I was told that they didn’t have any coffee because the machine was being cleaned. Instead, they suggested I choose something to eat. So instead of getting my coffee, I was offered food, which is not the same thing. They refused to refund my money for some reason. In the end, I was given a promo code for a burger and an additional burger. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

I had a cheeseburger and a small cappuccino. It all came to 170 rubles. Very delicious!

Terrible place to eat. It is dirty and has a bad odor inside. There was no toilet paper or soap in the restroom. I asked for help with my order, and while they did assist me, they served food with the same gloves they had used. The screens are touched by many dirty hands, so they really should have changed their gloves. The cash registers weren't working, and the line was quite long. We won't be coming back to this place.

This evening, on November 3, 2024, I received a bucket with a cockroach in it through Yandex.Eda. This is simply unacceptable and horrendous to find a cockroach in food. I will never purchase or order from this place again. I requested a refund and am now waiting for a decision from Rostiks.
