Waffle House - Goldsboro

Employee's are super nice but why is it so difficult to call and make a complaint. Well, I know majority of people take complaints to the extreme but you can simply hang up. But, anyways who ever is working the grill is over cooking the meat and eggs. Every time we order from here its always over cooked they finally got better about not over cooking the waffles now its just the meat and eggs. Just wanted to point to this out to the manager with a simple phone call and not putting it on blast. But, I'm not driving all the way back.

Very friendly the food was a good price a little high, but it was good people were quick to forget to bring me my drink, but it was very polite about it

Very busy, but as soon as we have a table, it was fast and well prepared! The staff was friendly and well worked together!

Most of our area waffle houses can boast a fairly friendly staff, but the staff here felt particularly welcome.

So now the third shift manager states that the second shift manager is the one who messes with the phone to not make it work at night. Third shift manager says that there is nothing she can do LOL
