Papa John's Pizza - Goldsboro

Supposedly these are boneless BBQ Boneless Wings? I didnt realize I ordered chicken nuggets with a small sliver of bbq sauce drizzled on top

Well, if people knew what I knew...they would never buy at this location in rosewood. Owner is a hmm, what's the word I'm looking for. Did you imagine a word? That's probably better then my word.

As always our pizza was perfect. The reason for the review, however, was our delivery guy, Frederick. He was very prompt, very kind and is the very first person our Great Pyrenees, Maggie Lou, hasn't barked at. Thank you, Papa John's, for hiring such wonderful people like Frederick!

Pizza took an hour and 45 min to show up when we were told 45 min. Called three separate times and was hung up on and when I called back I was put on hold....but when they picked back up the knew exactly who it was. Sounds like a person on the phone with no customer Service skills. When we finally got our pizza, it was cold and only had a small portion of toppings right in the middle. Once I finally got over that, the icing on the cake was the hair wrapped up in the cheese in the pizza. I was completely disgusted and will no longer be ordering from this store. They have zero customer Service skills and apparently can't even make a pizza correctly. I understand that times get busy but seriously, a hair in the pizza and an hour past and when I call you hang up on me and continuously tell me lies. Nope, you will no longer get my business from home or work.

I'm not a picky pizza person...but my preference is always Papa Johns. Always has the best flavor and good amount of toppings.
