Glenelg Public House - Gold Coast

Amazing service, great atmosphere, delicious food.This restaurant is located in a cosy standalone building and there are limited seats so make sure to make a reservation! It is quite dim inside so some may have trouble reading the menus.The steaks are tender and cooked perfectly although sauces aren't included in the price.Sides we tried include the dirty fries, brussels sprouts and carrots, and we went mad over tje fries!The wine menu is solid too. Can't wait to come back.

It was mums 60th and a big group of 35+ flew up from Melbourne to celebrate. We had a set menu and drinks package and it was AMAZING!! With a big group I’m generally a bit more lenient on the quality of food because it’s hard but every item of food was mouthwatering. There was 3 choices for each course and they were all delicious. Personally I had the aranchini balls (4per serve) and the meatballs for main. The boys are all still talking about their steak and pork belly a week later! The staff went above and beyond all night to ensure we had everything we needed and more. There wasn’t 1 thing we would change! A massive thank you to The Glenelg Public House, you made mums bday one to remember. We will definitely be back!

Like the restaurant and the vibe inside, it’s a bit dark and little loud but It was tolerable and not annoyingSteak was really good and they have a range of prices for the steak Also had a few drinks from the barThere’s also an outdoor sitting areaStaff were niceI’ll go back for more steak

Found this gem by accident! Great beer on tap and good selection! Steaks were great, well done. Awesome mashed potatoes. Great staff and atmosphere, will definitely come again !

Staff are great and easy to approach, awesome knowledge and love of the menu. They were happy to recommend an unusual cut for a meat lover and an aged cut cooked medium for my partner who usually has well done. Both steaks were unbelievable. <br/ <br/ Fantastic selection of beers a well traveled Australian has not yet experienced, recommend the double red ale and the milk stout. <br/ <br/ Also It had one of the best tasting kids meals, my poor son had to share his gnocchi
