Panther's Den Pizza And Deli

Fantastic pizza and great service! As a backpacker passing through Gold Beach, I really enjoyed the laid-back, college vibe of the place. The sauce is exceptional, and the crust is amazing too!

I completely disagree with John Townsend's review. The Den serves amazing pizza, along with a wide variety of other delicious options for such a small place. The staff is the friendliest in town by far. It seems like John might have been having a bad day. Seriously, John, what canned vegetables are you familiar with? The only one that comes to mind is mushrooms, and they offer only fresh ones here.

Fantastic New York Style Pizza! This is genuinely delicious. If you remember the old Shakey's franchise, this pizza will take you back to that experience. The sauce has the perfect blend of spices and a delightful tangy tomato flavor. The thin crust is excellent as well. If you're traveling along the Oregon coast, make sure to stop by Panthers Den Pizza, located right across from the high school in Gold Beach, Oregon. I've heard they might be selling the place, and I sincerely hope they don't—it's too good to lose! I've even suggested they consider selling their amazing sauce; it's that impressive!
