Pizza Hut - Goddard

The staff is friendly, but I must say the quality of the food has declined significantly since the COVID pandemic.

We patronize the business often as we are locals and it’s OK. I would give it 3 out of 5 on a good night but tonight the delivery driver must have given us HIS food! It’s so absolutely absurd that it’s funny. We didn’t order this item. We ordered cheesesticks! Then we try to call to let them know of the error and can’t get anyone to answer the phone! NFL kicks off tonight. They are obviously busy but giving us EATEN food. Wow. I have no other words.

Food was good, staff was very courteous and helpful.

My experience is hot garbage every time I order pizza from this place. Most recently I received an order where I didn't get a full pizza because of nonsense pizza cutting tricks that allow pizza employees to remove partial slices and eat them.

Walked in and stood at the register for 10 mins and no one came and took our order, we decided to leave and then the employees stared at us through the window
