Dunkin' - Gloucester City

I come to this dunkin very often and the coffee is always amazing but recently my lids have been slipping off causing spillage and droppings and it cause hot coffee to spill. It's very frustrating.

Of I could leave none I would. I never write reviews unless it is of exemplary service however I am at my limit with this place. Does anyone else ever ask for heir bagel to be toasted dark? Why are rhe bagels not even toasted when toasted? I asked for an everything bagels toasted dark with sausage and cheese. I was asked if I wanted egg I specifically said no. I get my bag. It says in the label egg. So I ask of it has egg on it? I get 2 dirty looks like I ripped someone 's head off she proceeds to ask the gentleman who made it and he said there is no egg. I said oh ok it says it in thr bag so I didn 't want to open it. I do not like eggs. No allergy just wanted what I ordered. Attitude. I get in my car. Open it up and the bagel is white. Like it was toasted for 5 seconds. I 'm sorry but this isn 't the first time and I have let it go. I know this sounds like a forst world problem but I work hard for any money I spend like everyone else and it 's not alot to ask olto get what u asked for. Not going back

This is one of the worst DD around, and that's a shame because it's the closest one to my house. No matter the time of day, the service is poor. Twice I've been here where they have messed up my sandwich order, once giving me HALF of an egg in a tortilla wrap, when I really ordered a turkey sausage flatbread sandwich. So basically I paid $4 for 1 egg and cheese in a flimsy taco shell. And they also messed up my coffee order another time, so now I will drive to the DD on Browning Road rather than deal with these incompetent people!

Wonderful staff at this location. Helpful and friendly, especially Allison on the window. You can tell they are smiling even when masks were required. The drive thru line is always packed, but it does move fast.
